Roller Gate
Roller gate is used more in the area involving high tide and low tide , that why also call roller gate as tidal gate sometime.
Tilting Gate
Tilting gate is used to control the water level of the upstream, when the water level is exceeded then it will overflow to the downstream.
Screwdown Gate
The gates are normally kept in the close position and will be lifted up to open during high water level.
HDPE Flap Gate
HDPE flap gate is used automatically to control the water flow by opening for water discharge and closing for preventing water back-flow.
Radial Gate
Radial gate functions very much like a roller gate, just radial gate is lower than roller gate as to control a certain level of water and overflow occurs when water level is exceeded.
Guide
Most of the gate requires a guide to make sure it is sliding is its designed position, except the HDPE flap gate that does not need a guide.
Gate Hoisting System
Gate hoisting system is used to lift the gate, the system includes a pedestal, cast iron drum, wire chain and actuator.
Rotork
Actuator are used to control the gate movement whenever it is selected , it can combine with gearbox to have better performance and durability.
Manual Lifting Device
This is a manual lifting device applied for screwdown gate and roller gate. Mostly for bigger screwdown gates but can only afford for certain roller gates.
Hand Railing
Hand railing is used to prevent people from falling off from either road or site. Material used is ultragal pipe.
Trash Screen
Trash Screen is used to block the trash ,preventing trash flow into another area.
Pump Column
Pump column is used to act as a guide for the pump so that the position of the pump will not be affected.
Pump House
Pump house or gate house will be constructed when they apply the main switchboard panel for the gate as to prevent the electrical board from getting short circuit when raining.
Lombong
Lombong is used to block trash on the river and let the trash flow along the lombong and into a certain point, so that the cleaner can clean the trash at the sideway.
